Responsibilities
· Design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks, including document routing, approval processes, email notifications, and data extraction.
· Build user-friendly Power Apps to capture data, trigger workflows, and facilitate user interaction within the automation process.
· Utilize SharePoint as the central repository for storing and managing documents and data.
· Configure document processing workflows within SharePoint to streamline data collection and organization.
· Leverage AI Builder for document analysis (sentiment analysis, if required) to extract valuable insights and integrate them into the automation process.
· Create clear and concise documentation for developed solutions to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
· Interface with reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) to generate automated reports based on collected data.
· Test and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Power Platform, AI Builder, and SharePoint technologies.
